Today I am grateful for snow in October

I know...we aren't supposed to see flurries quite yet. But the little bit of snow that fell from the sky this morning (on all of the leaves collecting in our yard) made Melanie so excited and happy, that it made me smile too. See those little snow flakes in her hair?   :)
